Application terms

listingtool is provided independently by Sevil Turan LLC. Contact sevilturan@outlook.com for support. It prepares creative files and listing copy. The invitation-only Personal Access beta supports unpublished drafts in the connected seller's shop. Public downloads and self-service enrollment are unavailable. The public demonstration shows a local creative workflow with sample assets; it does not demonstrate a live marketplace submission.

You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant us only the permission necessary to process that content to provide the features you choose. Supply material you own or have permission to use. Review generated text and mockups for accuracy, rights, product provenance, and manufacturing details. AI suggestions may be wrong and are not a promise of sales or search ranking.

In the manual workflow, you review and approve a final draft snapshot before submission. Editing that snapshot requires fresh approval. When you enable automatic drafts, the app instead uses your saved category settings and new seller-owned files from your selected folder or Google Drive source to prepare and submit unpublished drafts without a separate listingtool review for each item. Review those drafts in Etsy and decide there whether to publish them. Automatic publication is disabled.

Daily design automation requires a connected shop, an awake computer, and a running app. It runs at your configured time and timezone; missed days are not backfilled. Scheduling individual reviewed snapshots is a separate capability and is currently unavailable. Uncertain submission outcomes require reconciliation and are not automatically replaced. Canceling an operation already in progress cannot undo a draft that the external service may have created.

Creative features may be offered for a disclosed price. Connection and draft submission, including automatic drafts, remain free. Scheduled draft submission would also remain free if enabled. No payment is collected on this site. Optional AI services may require your own paid provider account. Their charges and conditions are separate.

The application is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, marketplace approval, commercial results, or error-free generated content. External platforms provide their services independently. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the app, disconnect services, and delete local data. We may suspend access where necessary to protect accounts or comply with platform requirements. We will give appropriate notice of a planned discontinuation and provide support for transition where required. Changes to these terms are versioned and presented for acceptance in the app.

The current application has Personal Access for the limited invitation-only beta. Etsy Support confirmed that the updated purpose of creating unpublished drafts for manual seller review requires no further purpose-update action. This does not grant Commercial Access or authorize automatic publication. The owner's live automatic-draft verification is still pending before further beta distribution.
